Q: Do you send order acknowledgments?

A: An order acknowledgment is faxed as soon as the order is entered into the system. If, at the time of entry, the ship date is not known, another acknowledgment will be sent when the order is scheduled to ship.

A: Anytime there is a change or addition to an order, a new acknowledgment is faxed.


Q: How do I confirm ship dates?

A: Login under “Existing Customer Login” (password required) then click on order status.


Q: Do you have additional fees for shipping next day?

A: Orders shipped within 24 hours of receipt are subject to a $50.00 handling fee.

A: Orders shipped Next Day, Second Day, or 3 Day Select are shipped freight collect using the customers account number and/or preferred carrier.
