PACIFIC, MO – September 8, 2021 – Grenville “Grenny” Sutcliffe II, Vice President of Sales for Husky Corporation, died Tuesday September 7, 2021, when the ATV he was operating was involved in an accident near his Villa Ridge home. The Missouri Highway Patrol was at the scene of the accident, which occurred prior to 10pm last night.
Born August 26, 1978, Mr. Sutcliffe was the son of Husky Corporation President Grenville Sutcliffe and Mrs. Dianne Sutcliffe. Husky was founded in 1947 by Mr. Sutcliffe’s grandparents Eugene and Hazel Sutcliffe.
“We are deeply saddened at the news of Grenny’s passing. It is a loss that affects all of us on a professional and personal level,” said Husky Executive Vice President Brad Baker. “We extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Sutcliffe family as they cope with this tragic loss.”
Grenny Sutcliffe joined Husky Corporation December 13, 2004, where he started in the company’s sales organization in the Northeast Region and Canada. He later transitioned to Western Regional Sales Manager and then to Eastern Regional Sales Manager. Grenny was appointed VP of Sales in December 2017, where he was responsible for overseeing Husky’s sales team and distributor network for all company brands globally, including its complete line of fuel nozzles and related equipment for the petroleum dispensing industry.
Visitation for Grenville “Grenny” Sutcliffe II will be 3:30 pm-7 pm Monday September 13, 2021 with services following at Oltmann Funeral Home, 103 North Church Street Union MO 63084. A private funeral for the family will follow on Tuesday.
