Automatic shut-off nozzle with metal handguard for truck stop and other high volume full-service, self-service and unattended stations.
Features/Benefits
- VIII nozzle shuts off when the gas tank is full.
- Optional aluminum bushing retains spout spring and keeps spout from rounding-in: the two leading causes of clicking off and splash-back spillage.
- Nozzle is equipped with a unique Flo-Stop® device that shuts off the nozzle if it falls from the fill neck or raises above the horizontal.
- StreamShaper® reduces turbulence for straighter fuel flow and less splash back spillage.
- Strong flow (up to 75 gpm / 283.9 Lpm)
- Dual poppet design equalizes pressure on both sides of the main poppet valve in order to aid in lifting the lever, and ultimately opening the main poppet valve for full flow.
- Optional cold weather seals are rated to -40°F/C.
- Optional Gilbarco, Tokheim, and Wayne handguards can be fitted with a magnet to trigger the dispenser’s proximity switch, or can be provided without the magnet for dispensers equipped with a standard “flapper” switch.
- Comes standard with smooth full grip guard and 1808 waffle splash guard.
