Husky nozzles offer improved accessibility, control, and fueling precision as standard features
Fueling equipment should work for everyone—consistently, safely and comfortably. That’s the thinking behind the latest update to Husky Corporation’s industry-leading fuel nozzles, which will now include the innovative EZ Lever as a standard feature.
For decades, Husky nozzles have been known for quality, durability and performance at fuel stations around the world. The company’s latest enhancement reflects its continued investment in engineering solutions that improve the user experience without adding cost or complexity.
“Fueling products must deliver performance and reliability every time,” said G.G. Sutcliffe, president of Husky Corporation. “Our nozzle design reflects decades of engineering and customer input. We’re proud that every nozzle we ship continues that legacy.”
EZ Lever Enhances Performance, Reduces Spill Risk, and Supports ADA Compliance
The newly standard EZ Lever is a two-piece design that dramatically reduces the amount of force required to operate the nozzle—less than five pounds compared to the typical 10 to 15 pounds. This improvement meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines and provides smoother control during fueling. See how it works in this brief video.
“EZ Lever adds value to every fueling transaction, especially for customers who need greater control or have physical limitations,” said Brad Baker, executive vice president of Husky Corporation. “We’ve worked with our longtime U.S. suppliers to offer this improvement with no additional cost.”
In addition to making fueling more accessible, EZ Lever improves precision—especially when topping off a vehicle or filling fuel containers. The enhanced control helps reduce splash back and minimize spills, improving safety for customers and station operators alike.
The nozzle’s performance remains consistent with Husky’s established flow rates and certifications, including those required by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Distributors and customers will continue using the same part numbers, ensuring a seamless transition as EZ Lever-equipped nozzles begin shipping in late 2024.
